Today, I understand the beauty of finding balance and living in the moment but it wasn’t always that way! A life spent in the fast lane meant that my mind was always on the future unless I was in a race car. On the track, you must hyper focus on the “now” or you will face serious consequences! Ironically, my past life as a race car driver led me to pursuing my yoga teacher certification (200 hr registered yoga teacher) which spills over into my coaching and consulting on a regular basis.

What if there was a way to win in every scenario? I believe there is. Throughout my life, my livelihood has depended on my ability to get back up after getting knocked down. When you’re in the pursuit of an (expensive) dream and the odds are stacked against you, the door shuts in your face more times than not. My survival tactic was to find the win in every situation so that I could continue to move forward with determination. Today, the always-winning mentality is a skill I work on with my clients and the results take care of themselves.
At NASCAR, I had the privilege of collaborating with Shannon McIntosh for several seasons. Her professionalism, creativity and passion for brand building was evident in everything she did. She brought a perfect mix of outside perspective and industry expertise, and a deep understanding of the ever-changing digital and marketing landscape.
